In 2023, we sold 14 homes across six cities in two states—Indiana and Ohio—including locations such as South Bend, Mishawaka, Middlebury, Elkhart, Maple Heights, and Goshen. While 2023 was a strong year, 2024 has already more than doubled last year's sales in Indiana alone, and we still have time to set the bar even higher.
